These parts are made from chromoly steel, gas nitrided and then blackened by the team at Boss Tooling. This compensator does not reduce the noise level, it simply projects the noise away from the shooter, resulting in less decibel heard by the shooter.

Note: Please don't fire with the jacket off, its unpleasant. Only use this compensator with the jacket on.

The .223 thread is the standard US military style of ½” 28TPI and the .300blk thread is the US standard 5/8” x 24TPI.

The inner muzzle brake part of the device is 66mm long and uses a 19mm open end spanner to tighten it on. The Outer is 75mm long by 34mm wide. This part has been designed so that you can use a standard AR tool to tighten it. This is the same tool part that you use to tighten a buffer tube castle nut.
